Process

Three steps to access

Access to the MSIIA private exchange follows a structured allocation process. Each stage is designed to ensure institutional alignment and governance compatibility before deployment.

I
Select Systems
Browse the exchange. Assemble a portfolio selection. Each system includes full architecture documentation and access requirements before any commitment is requested.
II
Configure Allocation
Define capital thresholds and deployment parameters. Portfolio compatibility is assessed. System interdependencies and conflict states are surfaced automatically.
III
Request Approval
Submit your configuration for institutional review. Access is granted following qualification verification and governance alignment confirmation from the investment committee.

Systems in institutional context

Scenario — Multi-Strategy Family Office
Regime-Aware Trend Capture
A €15M multi-strategy family office deployed the Regime Intelligence Decomposition FAI alongside Elite Trend Dominance Financing AI ahead of a sustained trend environment. Regime decomposition declared trend state 11 days before traditional macro signals. Portfolio captured the move with controlled financing exposure.

Scenario — Institutional Systematic Fund
Neural Portfolio Orchestration at Scale
A regulated fund deploying €55M integrated V-Next Neural Portfolio Execution FAI with Precision Elite Portfolio Financing AI to coordinate cross-sleeve execution. Neural recalibration reduced correlated exposure clusters and improved net-of-financing returns across 6 managed sleeves.

Portfolio Architecture

How systems interconnect

Each system is a governed node within the portfolio architecture. Dependencies flow from the Regime Engine outward. No system is deployed without understanding its position in the network.

Due Diligence

Institutional FAQ

Questions commonly raised by allocators conducting due diligence on the private exchange and its systems.

Access Notice
Limited deployment capacity is maintained deliberately. Priority is given to allocators with institutional mandates, documented governance frameworks, and minimum capital thresholds. Not all applications result in access.
What qualifies as institutional access? +
Institutional access is granted to regulated entities, family offices with verified AUM thresholds, and fund structures with documented governance frameworks. Individual retail allocators are not eligible. All applications are reviewed by the MSIIA investment committee before any access is provisioned.
Can systems be deployed independently? +
No system is deployed in isolation. Each module operates within the governed portfolio architecture. The Regime Engine is a prerequisite for all allocation decisions. You may request any system combination, subject to compatibility assessment, dependency review, and governance clearance.
What does the one-time license cover? +
The license covers perpetual access to the system's deployment architecture within the governed framework. It includes initial configuration, technical documentation, and integration support. Ongoing governance oversight and infrastructure maintenance is provided by MSIIA at no additional cost.
How long does the review process take? +
The allocation review process typically requires 5–10 business days. Multi-system portfolios or allocators without prior institutional track records may require additional documentation. All applicants receive a written determination regardless of outcome.
Can risk constraints be modified after deployment? +
Risk constraints are set at the system level and enforced non-discretionarily by the Risk Governor. Institutional (Tier III) allocators may submit constraint modification requests, reviewed by the investment committee. No individual holds unilateral override authority. All modifications are audited.
